The CyAN Mentorship Programme Returns for Autumn 2026

CyAN’s mentorship programme is back for its autumn 2026 cohort. Over the next three months, ten of our members are giving their time to mentor people building careers in cybersecurity and related fields, one to one.

This cohort’s mentors span Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, and North America, and bring experience across governance and risk, privacy and law, security operations, and leadership:

The mentorship programme is free and volunteer-led. It’s designed to be friendly and informal, and to both introduce new talent to the CyAN community and give aspiring cybersecurity professionals access to CyAN members’ expertise and networks.

Each mentorship pair meets at least once a fortnight through to mid-December, when mentees round off the programme by writing an article for the CyAN blog on a topic that matters to them. On completion, mentees join CyAN as members. We will introduce this cohort’s mentees, and share their work, as the programme progresses.

Our thanks to these ten members for stepping up. Interested in a future cohort, as a mentor or a mentee? Reach us at cybersecurityadvisors.network/reach-us/.
