With over sixteen years of experience in industrial automation and cybersecurity, Prasad specialises in architecting secure and resilient systems across Oil and Gas, Cement, and Power sectors. As a PMP certified project leader and Agile practitioner, he brings extensive expertise in real time data management, system integration, and the protection of critical Process Control Networks. His background strengthens CyAN’s global capability in Operational Technology cybersecurity and industrial digital transformation.
Prasad’s core strength lies in connecting Operational Technology and Information Technology, transforming complex functional requirements into secure and scalable automation solutions. He has led the design, testing, and commissioning of Automation and Data Historian platforms using OSIsoft PI, Wonderware, and Rockwell systems while embedding cybersecurity best practices across every layer of system architecture.
A proactive incident responder and cybersecurity advocate, Prasad has implemented defence in depth strategies, completed risk assessments, and ensured alignment with industry standards including NIST and ISA or IEC 62443. His approach integrates threat modelling, secure configuration, and continuous monitoring to protect industrial assets from evolving cyber threats. His work supports organisations seeking to strengthen their OT security posture and build cyber resilient operations.
