IoT and connectivity are the most popular talking points at the Magenta Security Conference

MUNICH (June 2017) – Dr. Greg Dzsinich (Board Member of CyAN) has participated the Deutsche Telekom and T-Systems organised event in Munich. Among the very highly prepared representatives of the hosts (DT and T-Systems), numerous leadership members have attended and delivered first class speeches from the following companies: Checkpoint, Cyber Threat Alliance, Lookout, Zimperium, HP, IBM, Palo Alto Networks, CybarArk, Symantec, KPMG, CISCO, EGOSECURE, Thycotic, Fortinet, ARBOR, McAffee, Rhode Schwarz and CISCO. Key points of discussions included drone related security, mobile security, blockchain, ransomware and health data related attacks. Tim Höttges (the CEO of Deutsche Telekom) and John Chambers (executive chairman of CISCO) took part in a dialogue about the trends of cyber security, including the threats related to IoT and smart cities as two of the most potential targets of attacks. CyAN’s and Deutsche Telekom’s views are aligned: the everything security approach covers all people who control digital equipments and every digital equipment shall have security measures.
