Partnership signed with National Law University, Jodhpur, India 

Cybersecurity Advisors Network (CyAN) signed on 23 March 2026 a Memorandum of Understanding with National Law University, Jodhpur, which is consistently ranked among the top 5 National Law Universities in India. This partnership marks the first institutional collaboration of its kind between a National Law University in India (and the Asian region) and CyAN.

Signature took place between Vice-Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Harpreet Kaur and CyAN President Jean-Christophe (J-C) Le Toquin, in presence of Prof.(Dr.) Shilohu Rao Research Director of Centre of Excellence (CERA) and Director of Centre of Law &Technology.

This MoU will strengthen cybersecurity education and capacity building through expert mentorship programmes, specialised training, joint awareness campaigns, and international knowledge sharing.

It focuses on key areas including cyber law, cybercrime investigations, child online safety, AI governance, emerging technologies.

Prof. (Dr.) Harpreet Kaur, Vice-Chancellor, NLUJ, said: “This collaboration brings world-class global expertise to legal education; International expert cooperation is necessary to equip law students and faculty with practical skills and insights in AI and Cybersecurity that will shape a safer digital India.”

Mr. Jean-Christophe Le Toquin, President of CyAN, added: “Partnering with NLUJ is a proud moment for CyAN. Together we can create real impact through training, research, awareness and builds bridges between law, technology, and international cooperation”

The collaboration reflects NLU Jodhpur forward-thinking approach to law and technology while expanding CyAN’s reach in Asia.
