Women in Tech Global Conference 2026
May 15 @ 08:00 – 17:00

Kim Chandler McDonald, Vice President of the Cybersecurity Advisors Network (CyAN), has been announced as a featured speaker at the Women in Tech Global Conference 2026.
Her session titled “Designing Technology That Doesn’t Hurt People: Cyber Lessons for a Safer Digital Future” explores the intersection of cybersecurity, governance, trust and ethical design. The session highlights how technology decisions are never neutral. Architecture shapes power. Data choices shape safety. Cybersecurity is not only about defence. It is about dignity.
The discussion will focus on building humane and harm reducing digital systems where privacy, consent, zero knowledge architecture and minimal data collection are embedded by design.
This is a proud moment for CyAN leadership on the global stage as the conversation around safer and more human centred technology continues to grow.
