Xavier has been active in the IT industry for the past 30 years, with an international background working in the UK and the US as Managing Director, VP Sales to CEO of his own ventures. At CACI products company (part of CACI Inc) he was involved in warfare simulation tools provided to the MoDs/Defence sector and major accounts in France and Benelux. Being an entrepreneur he set up and funded tech companies since 1999. Today based in France he acts as a coach/mentor/business angel, some say Venture Catalyst, to various Tech companies mainly in the cybersecurity field.
